As a patient of Family Health Services, you have the ability to request prescription refills online. Simply go to the Patient Portal under Patient Services or click the web address below. Log into your Patient Portal, look under Current Medications, select Request Refill, select the medication you are requesting refilled, click on Refill Request, select the pharmacy to which you want refills sent, complete the message box, and click Submit. A refill will be sent to your pharmacy within 24-48 hours. (not including weekends)
